Returns and Refunds

All of our items are handmade to order, and we really hope that you will be happy with them. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact us to give us the opportunity to resolve any issues.

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase so long as they have not been washed or worn. Once we receive the items back then you will be refunded the cost of the item only (P&P amount not included). If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

• Items where measurements are altered on request (e.g. lengthening)
• Hats and Headbands
• Gift cards

 

Damages and Issues

In the event that your package and items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
